FMM Sustainability Conference 2025: Bridging Climate Policy and Industry Practice for a Sustainable Future

FMM Council Member and Chairman of the FMM Sustainable Development & Climate Change Committee, Mr. Juan Aranols, delivered the Welcome Remarks at the FMM Sustainability Conference 2025, held on November 11–12, 2025 at The Royale Chulan Damansara.

Day 1 featured insightful presentations and panel discussions by speakers from both the public and private sectors, including representatives from the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Sustainability, Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, National SDG Centre, SWCorp, PwC Malaysia, Malaysian Recycling Alliance, Mentari Alam Eko, Nestlé Malaysia, ON Semiconductor, and Lasaju Consulting.

The event brought together over 120 participants, reflecting the strong industry commitment towards advancing sustainability and climate action.

Day 2 on November 12, 2025, which will feature sessions on Sustainability Reporting Requirements & Tools, Sustainable Water Management, Mainstreaming ESG-Related Standards & Practices, and Green Financing Tools, all aimed at supporting businesses in accelerating their sustainability journey.
