FMM paid a courtesy call on the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Azam Baki, on October 24, 2025 at the MACC Head Office in Putrajaya.

The FMM leadership, led by FMM President, Tan Sri Dato’ Soh Thian Lai, paid a courtesy call on the Chief Commissioner of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Azam Baki, on October 24, 2025 at the MACC Head Office in Putrajaya.

FMM proposed several collaborative initiatives with MACC, including the joint development and organisation of training programmes on anti-bribery initiatives and compliance practices with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) through FMM’s training arm, the FMM Institute, particularly on the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) and adequate procedures; advocacy for double tax deduction on ISO 37001 ABMS certification fees and related expenses; collaboration on the nationwide extension and implementation of the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024–2028, including the promotion of NACS objectives through outreach programmes, awareness sessions, and industry partnerships across all states; and continuous engagement between MACC and industry players.

Also present at the courtesy call were FMM Deputy President Mr Jacob Lee, FMM Vice Presidents Dato’ Nathan K.
