Minutes of 39th Annual General Meeting of FMM Selangor & Kuala Lumpur held on November 4, 2025, at FMM Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Branch (SKLB/52/2025)

We are pleased to inform you that the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the FMM Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Branch was successfully convened on November 4, 2025 (Tuesday) at 11.00 a.m. at Branch office located at No.8A, Jalan Pensyarah U1/28, Hicom Glenmarie Industrial Park, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan. Attached herewith are the minutes of the meeting for members’ reference.

A total of seventeen (17) nominations were received for the FMM Selangor & Kuala Lumpur Branch Committee for the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 term. All nominations were duly proposed, seconded and vetted by the Branch Election Committee on October 17, 2025.

One of the nominees, Mr. Andy Yeap Chee Keong of Kawan Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, had been elected as the Chairman of Klang Regional Committee during the 1st Klang Regional Committee Meeting on October 22, 2025. In accordance with the Branch By-Laws, the Regional Chairmen automatically become additional members of the Branch Committee. Therefore, Mr. Yeap’s nomination was deemed void, and the election for the Branch Committee proceeded with sixteen (16) nominees instead of seventeen (17).

As the number of eligible sixteen (16) nominations did not exceed the twenty-four (24) available vacancies no election was required. The following individuals were confirmed as Branch Committee members:
