Head Office, KL
The Federation of Malaysian Manufacturing (FMM) successfully led a delegation of 92 participants from 51 companies to the International Industrial Manufacturing Technology and Equipment Exhibition (ITES) 2026, held from March 31 to April 2 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center (Bao'an). For the third consecutive year, FMM brought the largest overseas delegation group, joined by Mr Saw Seong Ho, Chairman of the FMM Johor Branch.
ITES 2026, one of China’s premier industrial trade platforms, showcased high-end equipment and advanced technologies across metal cutting machine tools, precision manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, digital manufacturing, and intelligent equipment solutions. The exhibition provided Malaysian companies with an excellent opportunity to explore the latest trends in smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0.
The delegation also visited Guangzhou Risong Intelligent Technology Holding Co. Ltd, a leading provider of intelligent manufacturing solutions, where participants observed advanced robotics integration, automated production lines, and smart factory applications, particularly in the automotive and high-precision manufacturing sectors. The visit offered practical insights into leveraging digitalisation and automation to enhance efficiency, quality, and innovation.
The successful participation reinforces FMM’s commitment to supporting Malaysian manufacturers in accessing global technologies, strengthening competitiveness, and driving growth in the industrial sector.
