Terms and Conditions for Registration of Programmes and Purchase of Publications / Trade Forms

(Programmes include Trainings, Seminars, Conferences, Trade Fairs and Trade Missions)

Payment

All confirmed orders must be paid in full before the programme or delivery of publication/trade forms; otherwise orders will be cancelled.
FMM online payment gateway is iPay88 operated by Mobile88.
We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and FPX (Maybank2U, PBeBank, Bank Islam, Hong Leong Online, RHB Online and CIMB Clicks).
We also accept Cheques/Money Orders from Malaysian customers only. (Please contact the FMM Secretariat for the details).
Early bird registrations must be paid in full within 14 days after the early bird cut off date. If registration fee is not paid within the 14 day period, the full participant fee applies.
All cancellations of orders must be made in writing.

Refund of Fees

For programmes
The refund policy for cancellation of registration of programmes is:

More than 14 days prior to event More than 4 months prior to fair*	Full Refund
Between 7 and 14 days Between 3- 4 months*	50%
Less than 7 days Less than 3 months before fair*	No Refund

* Applicable for trade fairs only.

Refund of payment using credit card, is subjected to a 4% administrative and bank
charges.

For publications /trade forms
If payment is not received within seven (7) days from the date of order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
There will be no refund for cancellation of orders of publications.

Replacement/Cancellation (applicable for programmes)

Replacement of participant can be accepted at no additional cost.
FMM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the programme.
All efforts will be taken to inform participants of any changes.
If FMM decides to cancel or postpone the programme, FMM will not be responsible for covering hotel, travel or any other incidental costs incurred by participants.

Delivery of Publications / Trade Forms

Publications will be delivered within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of payment.
Delivery will not be made to P.O. Box addresses.
Separate charges apply for orders with total weight exceeding 20kg. FMM will issue a quotation and send to buyer via email for orders over 20kg.
