Initiation of an Anti-Dumping Investigation on Imports of Prestressing Concrete Wire by Malaysia

On August 28, 2026, the Government of Malaysia (GOM) initiated an anti-dumping investigation onimports of prestressing concrete wire originating or exported from the China and Thailand. The product under investigation is classified under the Harmonised System Code (H.S. Code) and ASEAN Harmonised Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) 7217.10.3300.

In this regard, all submissions of information, written views, questionnaire responses and additional supporting evidence must be made electronically to the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) via the Trade Remedies Investigation Management System (TRIMA) at https://traderemedies.miti.gov.my by September 28, 2026. The submitted questionnaire responses may be subject to verification by the Investigating Authority (IA) at a later stage.
