Logistic Assistant Manager (Based in Ipoh, Perak)

Minimum Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree or equivalent

Required Skills :

1. Leadership skills and Communication skills
2. Computer knowledge in Microsoft Office
3. Able to work under pressure
4. 5 years experience in logistic or related areas and 3 years Management experience
5. Good English spoken and written

Job Description :

1. Ensure on time, right quality and correct content deliveries to our customers
2. Ensure smooth, correct and on time material supply with DEM organization
3. Make arrangements and agreements with customers on production and delivery matters
4. Ensure correct warehouse administration, e.g. stocks
5. Ensure delivery sequence and internal delivery dates are according to production
6. Maintain a production control system and find solutions in agreement with customer and management
7. Received monthly customer orders and the customer call off and ensure the necessary arrangements within DEM and to our internal suppliers
8. Organize and optimize the logistic processes in agreement with the general management
9. Appoint assigned personnel optimal to the corresponding logistic processess
10. Implement and monitor KPI for the performance measurement of the responsible areas
11. Ensure correct and comprehensive communication with all interfaces to logistics

Process Engineer (Based in Ipoh, Perak)

Required Skills :

1. Good analytical and planning skills
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work with cross functional teams
3. At least 3years of working experience in the related field is required for the position
4. Preferably executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
5. Required language(s) : English and Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum Qualifications :

1. Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent

Job Description :

1. To coordinate and establish the production line and expansion plan layout
2. Time and motional studies to develop and maintain capacity models for equipment, and identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency
3. Resource planning on equipment and manpower requirement based on forecast loadings
4. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, material flow, space requirement and equipment layout
5. Increase the production output with better planning

Transport Coordinator Assistant (Based in Ipoh, Perak)

Required Skills :

1. Knowledge on international shipping incoterms, export, import procedures & shipping documents
2. Ability to understand and interpret logistic processes
3. Cost awareness
4. Reliability and sense of responsibility
5. Knowledge of computers is essential
6. Ability to work as a part of team
7. 1-2years of working experience in the related field is required
8. Required language (s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English

Minimum Qualifications :

1. SPM/”O” level, any field with an aptitude for Mathematics

Job Description :

1. Liaise and deal with shippers, shipping agent, freight forwarders, forwarding agent, haulier, local transporter, international courier company
2. Closely monitor arrival of import at Port Klang & ICT Ipoh
3. Arrange delivery of import container from ICT Ipoh to DEM
4. Arrange & book transports for local delivery
5. Booking of vessel, empty container & prepare documents for export shipments
6. Prepare and provide required reports on timely basis
7. Liaise and work closely with Logistic department, Customs department, Finance department in order to ensure shipments arrive factory and deliver to customer on time
8. To ensure successful teamwork in our organization through your action and be able to help other section when necessary
9. Proactive in every action to meet internal & external customers requirement
10. Attend regular meetings with DEM freight forwarders
11. Ensure container returning to depots on time
