PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE - Melaka

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Science or Engineering or related disciplines
• Preferable 2 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support groups & others departments
• Good capability in communicating English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015
• Ability to optimize resources given to achieve targets

Duties& Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Production Manager
• Coordinate & manage day-to-day production activities
• Manage the department to achieve the targeted Productivity & Quality and departmental Key Result Area (KRAs)
• Prepare Monthly Performance Report for department
• To ensure the implementation of quality system in the department is proper
• To ensure teamwork and high motivation among the workers as we as establish a healthy & safe working environment in the department
