Assistant Supervisor
Type of Vacancy: Permanent 

Job Description 

- Assist in overseeing daily production activities to ensure output targets are achieved.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate manpower allocation.
- Ensure production processes comply with work instructions and SOPs.
- Support smooth operations during shift transitions.
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Requirement   

- Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering, or related field.
- SPM/STPM candidates with extensive manufacturing experience may also be considered.
