1) Maintenance Assistant
Type of Vacancy: Permanent 

Job Description 

• Perform daily routine inspections of the factory equipment and machinery.
• Fixing or repairing faulty equipment and machinery.
• Perform periodic service and maintenance as planned.
• Assisting in monitoring and supervise all work performed by outside contractors is done properly.
• Responsible for reporting all incidents immediately to prevent fatality or other major impact.
• Generate and update maintenance reports and filing of job-related documents.
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment.
• Able to read Electrical and Mechanical drawing.

Requirement   

• Certificate in any engineering field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in manufacturing field.

2) Operator
Type of Vacancy: Permanent 

Job Description 

• Preparation of raw materials using manual and semi-automatic machinery to be used in the production.
• Operating the production machines with guided rules and techniques.
• Take care of the quality of material being produced in terms of process and material adulteration.
• Take care of material packaging using semi-automatic machinery into desired packaging material.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of people.

Requirement   

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

3) Purchasing & Customer Service
Type of Vacancy: Permanent 

Job Description 

• Accountable for the order entry, creating sales contract if any, and order follow-up.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure purchase order is received by supplier.
• Assist in liaising with the Production Department on customer orders for production planning and scheduling purposes.
• Responsible for liaising with forwarding agent/transporter on freight charges  & schedule logistics arrangement according to customer require date
• Record customers account aging reports and assist Finance Department in follow-up overdue payments.
• Responsible record & update logistics cost, sales forecast
• Liaise with the Lab/QMS/Regulatory/Compliance for regulation/ product related documentation.
• Coordinate the insurance claim process if any.
• Maintaining department KPI values
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Chinese and English Language is mandatory

Requirement   

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to join the dynamic team
