MTECC BAG Networking Dinner Welcomes Taiwan Delegation on September 22, 2026

FMM, as the Chair of the Malaysia–Taiwan Economic Cooperation Committee Business Advisory Group (MTECC BAG) Malaysia Chapter, hosted the MTECC BAG Networking Dinner on September 22, 2026, at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral to welcome Mr Benny T. Hu, Executive Director of the Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI) and Chairman of MTECC BAG Taiwan Chapter, and the Taiwan delegation.

The dinner brought together FMM President Mr Jacob Lee Chor Kok, FMM President Emeritus Tan Sri Dato’ Dr Soh Thian Lai, FMM Deputy President Dato' Andrew Goh Boon Kim, and the key FMM representatives, alongside representatives from MITI and MIDA, Dr Lien Yu Ping, Representative of TECO in Malaysia, and other key stakeholders.

The gathering provided an opportunity for Malaysian and Taiwanese business leaders to strengthen relationships, exchange views and explore opportunities for closer bilateral business and industrial cooperation, reaffirming the commitment of FMM and CNFI to deepen industry-to-industry linkages.
