Maximise Your Tax Incentives via Accreditation

FMM in collaboration with the Department of Standards Malaysia (JSM), successfully held a session titled Maximise Your Tax Incentives via Accreditation: Leveraging ABMS Certification for Tax Deductions & Corporate Integrity on February 11, 2026 at Wisma FMM, Kuala Lumpur. FMM Deputy President, YBhg. Dato' Andrew Goh Boon Kim, delivered the welcoming remarks, followed by opening remarks by Mr. Wan Rukiman Wan Mamat, Director of Accreditation, JSM on behalf of Mr. See Chee Kong, Director General of JSM.
The delegates were briefed on Tax Deduction via Accreditation Initiative by Puan Siti Raikhan Aina Bogal, Principal Assistant Director of Accreditation, and on Section 17A of Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 by Commissioner Muhammad Rashidie Ismail, Investigation Officer, MACC.
The session also featured pocket talks by accredited Certification Bodies for the ABMS Programme, namely SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd, ABAC Certification Sdn Bhd and United Certification Sdn Bhd.
The event concluded with a Q&A session moderated by Encik Azli Haji Norali, FMM Council Member and Chairman of the FMM Business Ethics & Governance Committee.
