Job Description

  1. Purchase Operations / 采购执行
    Handle procurement of raw materials, components, equipment, and supplies.
    负责原材料、零件、设备及其他物资的采购。
    Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and compliance with contractual terms.
    发出采购订单,确保交期和合同条款执行到位。
  2. Supplier Management / 供应商管理
    Evaluate, select, and develop new suppliers.
    评估、选择并开发新的供应商。
    Negotiate price, payment terms, delivery schedule, and contractual conditions.
    与供应商洽谈价格、付款方式、交货时间和其他商务条款。
    Maintain positive relationships and resolve supplier-related issues promptly.
    维护与供应商的良好关系,及时解决问题。
  3. Quality and Performance Monitoring / 质量与绩效监控
    Conduct regular supplier audits and performance evaluations.
    定期进行供应商绩效评估与生产流程审查。
    Support and follow up on continuous improvement initiatives.
    协助推动供应商质量持续改进计划。
  4. Cross-functional Coordination / 跨部门协调
    Liaise with engineering, quality, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing.
    协调技术、质量、计划、仓储等部门,确保采购流程顺畅。
    Assist in resolving material shortage and urgent purchase issues.
    协助处理物料异常或紧急采购情况。
  5. Reporting and Documentation / 报告与文档管理
    Prepare procurement analysis and supplier performance reports.
    准备采购分析报告与供应商绩效汇报。
    Ensure procurement documents are well-maintained and compliant with the IATF 16949 system in the automotive industry.
    确保采购文件和记录符合对汽车行业IATF16949体系标准。

Required Skills & MinimumQualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevantpurchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or international sourcing.
    至少三年相关采购工作经验,有制造业或国际采购经验者优先
  • Solid understanding ofprocurement processes, contract terms, and supply chain operations.
    熟悉采购流程、合同条款、及供应链管理
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;ERP system experience is an advantage.
    熟练使用 Microsoft Office,懂ERP系统为加分项
  • Strong negotiation,communication, and coordination skills.
    具备良好的谈判、沟通与协调能力
  • Highly responsible, fastlearner, and able to work independently.
    责任心强、学习能力快,能够独立完成任务
  • Language: Fluent in bothMandarin and English (to liaise with Mandarin & English-speakingsuppliers).
    语言要求:流利中英文(需与中英供应商沟通)。
