PE Hospitality (Penang) Sdn Bhd - Finance

• Perform Accounts Payable functions:

- Document Collection (tax invoices, PO, DO, etc.)
- Check, verify and process invoices
- Prepare payments and obtain authorized signatories
- Maintain vendor files

• Prepares for monthly payment proposal and issues payment voucher accordingly.
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger and posting of bank charges etc.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial transactions (e.g. disbursements, expense vouchers, etc.).
• To verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Liaise with suppliers/ contractors/ consultants for payment to ensure outstanding payments are made on time.
• To maintain accounting records by making copies; filing documents and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain fixed asset register schedule and asset counting. Update depreciation and make necessary journal entries.
• Prepare and process term loan and bridging loan drawdown/ claims. Ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Monitor loan balances, utilization and repayment schedules.
• Perform daily checking of booking collections and update records.
• Support of Sales Admin & Credit Control activities up to delivery of vacant possession.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by the superior.

Requirement   

• Skills / Competencies:

- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Power Point and Excel
- Good in BM, Chinese and English (written and spoken)

• Strong team player with positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
• LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferably requires at least 2 year working experience in the related field.
