FMM SHE Conference 2026: Building a Safety-First Manufacturing Culture

With the enforcement of the Occupational Safety and Health (Amendment) Act 2022 effective from 1 June 2024, workplace safety compliance requirements have intensified significantly across all industries. The expanded scope of the Act places greater responsibilities on employers, management teams, safety practitioners, and employees, alongside stricter penalties for non-compliance.

This conference specially designed to equip Safety & Health personnel, Safety Committee Members, HR professionals and Training Officers with the latest regulatory updates and practical implementation strategies. Participants will gain valuable insights into current enforcement trends, compliance expectations, emerging challenges, and industry best practices to help their organisations remain legally compliance while fostering a proactive, resilient, and safety-first workplace culture within the manufacturing sector.

By the end of this programme, participants will be able to:

Develop a better understanding of current Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure full compliance, effective risk management, and hazard control.
Recognise how a strong safety culture contributes to improved productivity, employee well-being, and sustainable long-term business performance and reputation.
Apply practical understanding and tools to proactively identify, assess, control, and continuously improve workplace safety and workplace hazards.
